Our policy lasts 7 to 10 days. If 7 to 10 days have gone by since your delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received the wrong product.
There are some conditions for the exchange that you need to follow, which are: The product is in unused condition with the original label intact. And you have an unboxing video as proof so that we’ll help you further.
Once, we received your product, thereafter our QC team will be checked the product & then we will dispatch your Replacement / Exchange.
Returning the product
We generally arrange the reverse pickup of the product in case of exchange or return, on the other hand, the courier charges will be deducted from your payable amount. However, if the reverse pickup courier facility is not available, then the customer has to courier the product back to us by properly packaging the product in a safe & secure way.
