1. Generally we are not accept the return; but customer get defective, or any mismatch product from our side will exchange. you can request to exchange the purchased product within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.
2. To apply for a Exchange, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
- Correct Product: The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
- Unused Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
- Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning, all the products should be present.
- Undamaged Product: Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
- MRP Tag: Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
3. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the exchangeable product will be initiated.
4. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be eligible.
5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the exchange procedure will not be initiated further.
6. We initiate the exchange product after verifying all the orders, products, and customer details. The refund process may take up to 14 working days after verification of all the details.
7. International orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
NOTE: UNBOXING VIDEOS IS MANDATORY.
1. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition. With a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Silk Zone at support@silkzoneethnics.com, within 24 hours of receipt of a product.
2. Kindly retain all packaging materials and products until receipt of instructions of the Silk Zone regarding the same.
3. ln case of any other complaints, contact: 9979166977 email Silk Zone at support@silkzoneethnics.com. Within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Silk Zone for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Silk Zone does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
5. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery Please note that Silk Zone shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
6. All defective products being returned to Silk Zone shall be done ONLY through a registered courier.
7. All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by the customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Silk Zone shall make the necessary modifications/alternations “AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER” In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Silk Zone may use plain fabric of the same color Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such rare cases.
Returning the product:
We generally arrange the reverse pickup of the product in case of exchange, but the courier charges will be deducted from your payable amount. However, if the reverse pickup courier facility is not available, then the customer has to courier the product back to us by properly packaging the product in a safe & secure way.
